KELSEYS RESTAURANTS

One of the more interesting projects I've tackled in my 20-ish years has been the coordination and application of large scale graphics packages to a number of Kelseys Restaurants across Ontario as they morph from a dated, tired, outgoing roadhouse style into the newly energized and cleaner style brought about by a major brand overhaul . These projects are big and complex and involve a ton planning as well as a lot of hands-on building of barn board signs, importing/treating/painting of CorTen steel panels and the on-site and on-time installation of all those elements. Right up my alley. One of the biggest lessons I've taken away from these projects though, is how important these restaurants can be in smaller communities - true anchors that act as social hubs and vital sources of good employment. Much more than just corporate food.
